Your core is more than just your abs.  It's bodies power house.  Because most movement  It's your starts at the centre and moves outward, it is essential to keep that core solid strong. A strong core will give you strong movement and protect you from injury.  This class will effectively allow you to build up your core from the inside out!

Core-centric specific exercises are the top priority in helping to strengthen your body's powerhouse.  While a flat belly is pleasant side effect, it's really about a Hard-Core. You can expect to do exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, russian twists, plus much more.  All done under the supervision of a personal trainer.
